FAQ
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely! Keep in mind that your digital images and/or prints that are purchased on a payment plan are not released until the final payment has been received.
Is there a purchase minimum on A la carte Prints?
Yes, There is a minimum $100 print order on all a la carte purchases.
How long do you hold onto my images?
Online galleries are kept online for 2 weeks but are kept on file for 1 year on a backup server in case you want to place an order at a later time.
What is your turnaround time?
I strive to get your digital images back to you as soon as possible, but my average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and 6-8 weeks for weddings or event photography. Print orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date that the order is placed with the exception of albums which take 2-3 weeks.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you don't have to order prints through me, however it is highly recommended as I use a professional lab with high quality print products that will last. When printing your images at labs other than through me, I can't guarantee color quality and image quality will suite your needs for lasting images.
